Because:

  1. A stitch in time, saves nine. Timely right guidance from experts minimizes chances of making mistakes in choosing RIght Career. Rather than running after countless options, if you YOUR ONE, you save much of time and money and energy.
  2. One Life-One Chance - though anytime one can avail career counseling services, but a child with right vision will have clear goals and path to achieve it.
  3. Life is Fun - when one is sure about his future career and knows his path well, he can spend desired time in preparing for it. In rest of the time, he can enjoy life.
  4. As career counseling gives you analysis of your personality traits, skills and ethics, You know where to put efforts and how much.

Career guidance is given for different people at different age for their respective queries regarding career. An expert can give counselling which is like consulting a friend, relative, senior but due focus on the counsellee or say 100 percent attention towards them.Others may just pass time or may even beat about the bush.A career counsellor with expert knowledge can make a counsellee get precise answers with all the perspectives.

The core objective of career counselling is to get a clarity and affirmation on what a candidate thinks about future. This means that there is an opportunity and need for someone who can provide a perspective towards the choices a candidate envisions to make. Most imprtantly you want this perscpective to be provided by someone who is

A. Trained of the process

B. Keeps YOU (candidate) as the focus of discussion

C. Helps you gain insights about your abilities and potential

D. Wants to partner with you in your career journey with regular interventions.

A career counselor would ve analysed the pros and cons in every aspect that are pertaining to each client. Each client and each student s capabilities are different. Each individual has different aspirations. And a lot of students today, are influenced with what they see around than what they want to achieve and hence are lot more confused. They would like to get into a path which most of their known people are following and are successful themselves. They least anticipate the risks and struggles involved in achieving the same. The counselor is the right person to contact. He/she would give proepr timely guidance to overcome hurdles and also discuss the best possible career path and clusters that are best suited.
